Client A provides outsourced experts with specialist knowledge to the aircraft industry. Recruiting experts is expensive, but by setting up a database for the CV’s of experts it became much quicker to find a suitable person from data already held rather than re-advertising.

Client B: Pharmaceutical Industry – Factory Process; Downtime Log database
Client B operates complex packaging machinery that had a poor history of downtime. A user friendly electronic logbook was devised so that the packaging machine operators could quickly enter the reasons for any stoppage. The database reports highlighted trouble spots enabling downtime to be significantly reduced.
